Evaluacion a un compañero de clase
i saw mary´s practices video and i think she should speak lauder and get more confidence because she looks shy, i think that she doesnt have to use the recorder to much time, because thats why some students dont put attention in class and get boring, i think she is a very good student and i think she puts determination in her practices and her material (good material) thats why her classes wasnt boring and students participate constantly, also she got a good level of Knowledge of english to solve doubts.

For mi practice at federal 4 i teach the simple past, (afirmative, negative and interrogative) the 3 days that i teach the students learned in a goood way, they participated pasing to the board answering my cuestions and i think i became to related well with them, i try to do well and i think i made it AND I LIKE IT, i make material and it was very usefull, and the teacher of the class "me felicito" by my work in the classrooom and finally i just have to talk louder.
i think that my practices at fed 4. i try to do my best teaching the topics that the teacher asigned me (rules and regulations and past progressive) to 3rd grades, the students really work and i think they really learned and i didnt have troubles to work in a dinamic way with them, a negative point is that i didnt made material because i was sick and i didnt have time, and some times that make the class boring, another negative point is that some students didnt heard me because some times i talk in a very quiet way.
i use the time Correctly and i teach all that i planed.

Today we read other copy about two new technics, these are: "mesa redonda" and "lectura comentada", after to read them we must to make a planeation choosing one technic and one topic.
Then, choosed make our planeation for Rules and Regulations based the technic of "mesa redonda"...
The teacher expleined us some characterstics of this kind of planeations.

This day the teacher gave us a copy, the content of this was two different technicals: "Conferencia o exposicion" and "Panel" each one also has its difinition, procedure and applications.
The activity was interested because we must remind a topic and make a lesson plan with the technical that we choose.
We choose to based our lesson plan in the technical of conferencia o exposicion with present simple time.

Today we read about Intelligence, the text said that all of us have diferent intelligences that some are more developed while others aren`t. We just underlined the most inmpotant of the text. This said us that exist several intlliegents and incosecuences differents way to learn.As teachers we have to recognize waht types do our students have to make teaching better.

Today we did a task on where some students gave us some statements and we had to give them an argument. For example: one in which a student said that he doesn`t like talking to others students and prefers listening to the teacher. How make to understand to the students try to speake for improve on their language?
Well, also the text had some situations between students and teacher, we choosed one and we make a dialogue for to try to the student to learn to speak.
My team work very hard an that class and after the teacher checked us our work.
I learned that as a teacher you should have a lot of arguments so you student can get involve in the class, so he could learn and participate.
